new media arts --- tts: stage 2

tts: stage 2 will be up and running full throttle in early july. the collective are currently hard at work researching 4 of australia's east coast cities with a view to mounting city specific versions of the perth based tts: route 65 in late 2004. kelli, steve and pretty boy crossover [aka jason sweeney] will be heading to sydney, melbourne, adelaide and brisbane to collect footage, sound, stories and on-site performers [click here]. chris, james and kate will be back in the lab work-shopping with jackson castiglione who is joining us for the next leg of the tts project.

we have received funding from the australia council for the arts and arts wa for the research and development of these 4 shows which we think is fantastic!

pvi tips --- sms & email

>> pvi web tip:

the latest ugly trend in information technology is junk email [spamming]. quick tip - delete unsolicited email and do not hit the 'unsubscribe' feature, this only confirms to the spammer, your email address.
if you're finding you're inbox is littered with spam, it could be that your online email address is un-encoded. if your web site contains your email address, there are some new anti-web robot features that pvi can implement on your behalf to avoid unwanted junk. contact us today.

>> pvi privacy tip:

if you want to keep your telecommunication lines secure - use sms, the content of the message is untraceable at present, unlike all mobile and landline phone calls.

pvi lab --- workshop & office space

"venues and places are an essential part of arts development. At each stage in the lifecycle of artistic endeavor there are specific spatial requirements. For some, studio or rehearsal space is crucial." artswa's arts dev policy 2003 - 2005

we are currently all warm and cosy at the lab in the rechabites hall in northbridge and now devising 4 new shows [see tts] and plan on doing some serious physical work-shopping in the coming months. pvi are putting feelers out for a new home for the physical aspects of our process with a possible view to running open workshops. space, shelter from the elements and a decent floor are our main requirements so if you know of anywhere or feel the need to house some artists in your building, please drop us a line at kelli@pvicollective.com.
