yellow vest syndrome: recent wa art - exhibition
pvi have been invited to contribute to a terrific group show at the fremantle arts centre which considers changing perceptions of landscape and country, seeking a fresh perspective on expressions of state aspiration. yellow vest critiques the idea that if you are wearing a yellow work vest you can get a way with anything in west australia. we'll be exhibiting single screen artwork 'lcu: on patrol' as part of the exhibition .
lcu: on patrol follows via hidden cameras a radical vision of community watch ' the loyal citizens underground' as they patrol perth’s city streets, picking up on anti-social behaviour and offering ways to reform.
